I am currently scripting a low-budget slasher flick called 'Just After Dark.' The story centers around four friends who get into a bloody mess when they accidentally murder a small boy in a frenzy of escaping police.
Exactly one year later, someone knows what they've done.
Someone knows who did it.
And the bloodbath soon begins as a savage killer stops at nothing to make these friends pay for the sin committed exactly one year earlier.
I have about, 30 pages (about 1/4) of the script finished and am saving money for this low budget slasher flick.
I am currently trying to get in touch with Lloyd Kaufman at TROMA for a distribution deal when its finished.
I promise, those who are interested, to give updates on everything, whenever possible.
Regards, Kenn

Thanx for the compliment, Stevethemovieman.
I am writing death scenes that are going to be as gory as possible. The weapons of the killer include:
- A hunting knife - An ice chipper - A chainsaw - A chef knife - Fire - Scissors - A Hammer
So, it should be pretty interesting. Stay tuned for more details and possible sneak peek footage and BTS photos possibly.

I have an idea for some hedge clippers. I always wanna leave room for homages and references, which the script is chalked full of as it is. Thanx for your support, Stevethemovieman.

No idea how long, Stevethemovieman. Maybe a few years before the script is finished and in working order, then financing and so on.

Thanx for the support, guys. I am really hoping Lloyd has some faith in me and this project enough to finance it.
The estimated budget is approx. $800 - $1000.
