the movie that scared me the most when i was a little kid was Don't Be Afraid of the Dark from 1973. any child that watches that movie will find it hard to sleep in the dark for the rest of there lives i reckon.

I don't know why this scared me so much, but the movie Mikey. It is about a homicidal orphan who kills all his orphan parents and their family. Every time I fell asleep I was afraid he was in my room and going to kill me.

Stephen Kings It. When I saw that shower scene everytime I took a shower after that I had to have a towel over the drain. Curse Tim Curry for his awesome acting

I always squirmed at the movie "Hook" when they put the scorpions in the box with the pirate. Weird how I hated scorpions as a kid, look at my avatar, lol!!

For me, I've always built up my tolerance to scary movies since I was younger. But one movie that scared the living hell out of me was Pet Sematary. The scene with that creepy Zelda lady was terrifying. Something about that scene that still gets to me. If ya haven't seen it yet, go on Netflix.
