Well the goriest film I can think of is Story of Rikki or something. It's not a horror.. more of a suspense fighting movie. It's super gory.

hi everyone, I was wondering if you guys could recommend me some good but gory horror films. Thanks! ;D Well, of course there's Dead Alive. The bloodiest zombie movie ever made. The screen turns red so many times, you won't believe what you're seeing. If you get the Uncut DVD. And let it be known, there are 2 Uncut versions. Which makes 3 versions of the movie. One is the R-rated version, only available in the U.S. (as the "R" rating is handed down from our own MPAA) and only on VHS. Two is the U.S. Uncut DVD, which is about 10 minutes longer than the R-rated VHS. And each and every second of those 10 minutes is blood and gore. Three is the " Braindead" DVD. Any major country outside the U.S. has this version (if the movie's not banned there). It's about 4 minutes longer than the U.S. Uncut version and - I'm told - features a few longer gore scenes but also a few non-gore things that were cut. And as for what you can expect to see in the U.S. Uncut version... ;D ...people are bitten bloody, a hand is chopped off, an arm is chopped off, an arm is torn off, legs are kicked off, severed body parts are eaten, a nasty open wound pulsates with goop, a portion of a face is ripped open with tweasers, a man is torn into a bloody shower, a ribcage is torn out of a torso, a heart is ripped out of a chest, someone comes out of another person's face, a face is ripped clean off a head, a fist is punched through the back of a mouth, a hand is clipped off with mini-scissors, a head is pulled and the neck rips open right into the camera with blood spurting, needles are inserted through noses, a stomach is ripped open, a backbone is ripped out of someone, bodies are chopped into flying pieces, body parts are put into a blender, a body is impaled on a lightbulb, a person is impaled on a statue, a person's lower half is eaten off of them until there's nothing but bones left, a spoon is shoved through a body's head and their brains are eaten off the other end, a tooth is yanked out of a mouth, a head is chopped in half with hedgeclippers, a body hooked up to a bizarre machine has a full "cranial blowout," a person's ear falls off and then they eat it, a living set of internal organs falls out of a body, and a huge lot of bodies are hacked to pieces by a lawnmower in a HURRICANE of bodily fluid. There's probably more. Another entertaining and gory movie is Lucio Fulci's Zombie. Always Uncut in the U.S., thanks to Anchor Bay & Blue Underground. Here you can expect to see: the world-famous "splinter in the eye" scene, a throat is torn open and blood gushes forth, a piece of an arm is ripped open & off and blood gushes, several more people are bitten, many bodies are shot with blood flowing. Also, Fulci's The Beyond is rather infamous as well. Probably has the most death scenes I've seen in a Fulci movie. All of them bloody. The special effects are awful- but I can guarantee lots of blood and gore. Spiders eat a man's face for 2 minutes, a person's face is melted with acid, an eyeball is torn out of a person's face with a finger, an eyeball is impaled on a nail in a wall through the back of a person's head, a person's face is impaled with glass shards, many bodies are shot with bullets - one time the forehead opens up and gore sloshes out, a person is nailed to a wall through the arms and blood gushes, a person is whipped with chains and bleeds, a person's neck is bit into and they gush blood, an ear is bitten off and the person gushes blood, a person falls and spits blood through their mouth. And as though Fulci couldn't get enough of his own medicine, he also made City of the Living Dead. This is really the brain movie. 3 different people have their brains ripped out of their heads - boring if you ask me. But also- a person has a drill shoved all the way through their neck, a person vomits their internal organs out of their mouth, and a lot of bodies are seen with horrible things having happened to them. Eaten, hung, blue-faced, worm-covered skinless corpses, and blood dripping through the floor above onto a dining room table. Then, from the maker of Dead Alive, there's Bad Taste. This one's my personal favorite of the lot here so far. Not because it's the bloodiest or goriest. It's got plenty, though. Most of the deaths are gun-oriented, but blood flows like insanity. Grevious bodily harm is also committed with a blade hammered into a boot, a machete, a chainsaw, a car, a rock, and the most famous scene of the movie involves a bowl of alien puke. And, one of my favorite horror movies of all-time, Dead Dudes in the House. For more of this kind of low-budget American gore (all the movies mentioned before this are from either Italy or New Zealand), check out almost any given Troma movie. This one is a bit hard to get on DVD now, but you can find it on eBay and Amazon.com in the Toxie's Triple Terror box, Volume #6. As a matter of fact, an eBay-er with a good reputation has 9 copies for only $8.99 & free-shipping a piece right now. cgi.ebay.com/Toxies-Triple-Terror-Vol-6-DVD-3-Disc-Set-New_W0QQitemZ170375599974QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_DVD_HD_DVD_Blu_ray?hash=item27ab2d5766It's a haunted-house movie mixed with a zombie movie mixed with a slasher movie and has incredibly bloody, gory, vicious murders. I did the IMDb " Content Advisory for Parents" page for the movie.

I got a little money now (as opposed to...ever). I'll have to go lookin' for it ItNF. If only American movies were allowed to be as gory as films from Italy and other countries. But, we do have a few wondrously bloody flicks. Frank Henenlotter's films never get as far as the MPAA, so they ended up uncut. The best of the bunch being: Then, Romero's films are still considered pretty gory for their day. And, lastly, just for the schlock value of it, I'll say one name: Hershell Gordon Lewis.

I'd recommend Re-Animator, and of the retro Romero zombie flicks, The Burning.

It's redundant to say "most goriest film" since 'goriest' is already a superlative. The word 'most' is not necessary since it is implied. It's like saying "She's a female woman"
In any event the goriest film IMO is Cannibal Holocaust.

Yes, the correction should be "The Most Gory Horror Film" or just "Gorriest Horror Film". I honestly dont know what is the gorriest film. That Dead Alive sounds very interesting and I may check that one out sometime soon.
