Are there any TROMA Entertainment fans here? If so, I'd like to see if anyone owns any Troma films. I'm curious to see what your likens are for this company. Anyone who wants to let me/us know which films you have are more then welcomed. It would be great to have a Troma thread going on. Let's see what you own. Thanks!

Fwfhaywood, Sweet! Those are some great films. We could probably get Shawn to chime in on this thread. I know he has some Troma releases that he did a segment on on YouTube. I wonder if he ever got more since the video he did on YouTube.(?) I plan on someday owning ALL the Troma releases that I can get my hands on just for...well, hells sake. ;D Anywho, if we have anymore folks out here who want to jump in, feel free. Thanks all! Cheers- Dain

You can get many of them still so it shouldn't be a problem. I've always been a Troma fan, just never really worked on collecting the films much. I'm in full force right now so we'll see how it turns out. Cheers- Dain

Love troma. I had a bit of a collection going on back in the day but i had some dvd's stolen at one point and then i went through a rough patch where i had to sell some of my movies. The only troma movie i still have is an old vhs version of Splatter University.

It's actually the uncut version. Splatter- U wasn't actually a Troma release, it was just a distro deal set up with Troma. There's a few more distro deals Troma has like this also. Cheers- Dain

It doesn't look like there's a ton of TROMA fans sitting around here. That's sad! Someone hand me a Kleenex. :*( Cheers- Dain

I am a big Troma fan. And have a huge Troma collection, including every DVD they have ever released (with the exception of Bloodspit that just came out maybe, although I haven't seen it anywhere for sale).
I also did some FX work on Poultrygeist, and have a huge collection of Tromabilia.

I can't wait until they release Poultrygeist on DVD. That will be an exciting day...finally! I'm really excited about the film. It looks great! Cheers- Dain

Poultrygeist is awesome. I was lucky enough to have a theater in my neighborhood play it for a couple days. And I have a bootleg copy of the DVD. I just hope that the transfer on the official disc is as good as the boot I have.

I'm sure with this running in the theaters as last as November, I'm sure it won't have a DVD release until sometime late spring 2009...I'm guessing. Cheers, Dain

I have heard that they are trying to get a DVD out this October. But I hear a lot of shit that ends up not being completely accurate when it comes to Troma. And I'm not sure whats going to happen with the special features. Gabe Friedman, who made the full length docs on the last few Troma movies, quit and moved to LA and I don't think he had worked on the doc yet. Maybe they have someone else working on it, but I have no idea.
I shot a bunch of footage and was really looking forward to seeing if any of it made the disc.
