Hey guys I want to make a vlog of like behind the scenes of my next short film. INNER FEAR filming it this week. What would be some good things for it like should I automatically start recording once when we get on location like keep recording like the scenes of the movie on the set. I really want to make it good. Same with the short film. I can't wait to start working on the project. I'll post the link to my youtube channel for when it is up. You should have something filming the entire behind the scenes for you. Like they walk around talk to the actors and stuff like that.

Exactly what Shawn said., and if you have enough give each actor a camera so they can film the things they do through out the week...

I would say, set a camera up next to the setting when your acting for the film, and keep it running until that scene is over. Outtakes and mess ups would be great to see. Also possibly interview people about their experience in making the movie and other cool stuff. I would watch special features or making of's from movies and get some inspiration there.
That's just what I'd do though.
