I wonder how long it will be till they stop making full screen dvds. I mean if you notice in 5 dollor bins the movies in their are always the fool screen versions since those never sell.

Probably never until they stop making DVDs. There is always gonna be someone complaining and saying how they hate widescreen because they don't like the black bars.

i think Best Buy gives priority to widescreen ... ive gone twice once to get Happy Gilmore and this week to get Chuck And Larry .... i always go straight to the genre im looking for ... all of the dvds were full screen .... and they have a section on display in the first dvd rack and all the widescreens were there .... its a shame that they dont just put both in one dvd.... ive always believed that all dvd's should be 2 discs .... the movie (full and widescreen) and the audio commentaries on one disc and special features in the other ....

Does Best Buy have a online stock were you can order the same thing as you can in the store. Because sometimes it's different than they have in the store as in online?

I've been a fan of full screen so I'll be sticking with that until I'm totally forced to give FULLY into Widescreen. Boo!

What I really want is a choice between the 2 everytime. Sure I usually watch Widescreen everytime. But if it looks like there's something under the bar that I want to see, it's almost always shown in the fullscreen version.

I first loved Fullscreen, Obviously cause I didn't have a Widescreen HDTV. Now I hope every DVD is Widescreen. Fullscreen shouldn't have it's own DVD and it does, make it the other side not it's own Dvd that's bullshit.

I think I started to get into widescreen when I was going to buy Attack of the Clones. They were showing the difference of the full screen and widescreen picture on Starwars.com. I immediately chose to always go widescreen, unless the movie was already made in full screen.
